I felt okay after two months of wanting to disappear. I tried to feel okay again and I did better with dealing with my anxiety. But right now I feel anxious again. The voice that keeps telling me that today something horrible will happen. That I will annoy people, do something bad, make a fool out of me. So many things going on in my mind and I hope that this video can calm them down and that I can keep fighting against those things in my head
